Return and Refund Policy
Here at Bella Dew Boutique, we do not issue refunds or returns. We do accept exchanges, between the purchased item with one of equal or greater value, up to 14 days after you’ve physically received the item.
If the item is of greater value, you (the customer) are responsible for payment of the difference.
Once we receive the item eligible for exchange, Bella Dew Boutique will then ship your chosen exchange items.
Please allow 1-2 weeks after for your exchange to be processed and shipped.
Discounted items ARE eligible for exchange only for the price that it was sold at and NOT the price that the item is regularly priced at.
Bella Dew Boutique will not issue an exchange for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
Exchanged items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received or it may not be eligible for exchange.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue an exchange without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to provide an easy exchange. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected upon return.
